Cancellation Policy

Please contact the salon or your stylist 48 hours before your scheduled appointment if you are unable to make it to our salon. We understand that life happens! Sometimes there are unseen circumstances that will not allow you to contact us before the 48 hours and we understand. We ask that you contact your stylist or the salon when this happens immediately. 

A fee will be required if cancellations are not followed through within our Cancellation Policy.

 

Late Policy

Our stylist work very hard to schedule their day so that your appointment and others can go smoothly. We ask that you arrive early or on time for your scheduled appointment. If you are going to arrive past your scheduled time please contact the salon or your stylist immediately. Your appointment may need to be rescheduled for another day if you arrive late and may also result in a cancellation fee. We thank you for your time and hope you understand that our stylist's time is very important as well!

 

Friends and Family Policy

Your friends and family are our friends and family! We love seeing all of them and welcome all! However, our styling area is very busy and cannot always accommodate others that are not having a service at all times. Be aware that our tools are very sharp and very hot. We use chemicals that can potentially harm if not used correctly by our stylist. Please ask your stylist if others can come into the styling area. Remember though, our lobby is always welcome to your friends and family!
